Established in 1978, Century Mold has grown from a modest tool making beginning into a 500 employee strong full service supplier with corporate Head Quarters, Design and Engineering, Tooling, R&D and Test Lab located in Rochester, NY; Sales and Engineering office in Metro Detroit, MI close to the automotive industry; and 4 NAFTA region manufacturing facilities located in Cincinnati/Dayton, OH; Nashville, TN; Rochester, NY; and Chihuahua, MX.
As a tier supplier to the OEM Automotive and Heavy Truck industries we supply HVAC, Powertrain, Engine Cooling and functional plastic components and sub-systems to fortune 50 companies. Our automotive experience has translated into new markets of Consumer Products, Emerging Energy, Military and Office Furniture industries.

Our Products
Century Mold designs, engineers and manufactures best-in-class products servicing the Automotive OEM, Consumer Products, Emerging Energy, Heavy Truck, Military and Office Furniture industries. Our philosophy of continuous improvement impacts all aspects of our business from design and engineering to manufacturing and delivery. Century Mold develops solutions to meet our customer demands and actively adjusts to succeed in the ever changing market conditions by developing new solutions, anticipating new challenges and reacting to new developments quickly.
When it comes to tooling, we have in house design and build experience of over 30 years. Depending on the application and the complexity of the tool Century Mold will either build the tool in house or source to one of our many tooling partners, both domestic and offshore, for partial or complete tool builds. Our internal tooling resources are reserved to support our manufacturing (in other words, we do not sell tooling as a traditional tool shop). Our proprietary tooling technologies allow us to build tools to manufacture parts with high windage and warpage at best in class cycle times resulting in superior piece prices.
The plastics material supply industry is ever changing as a result of supply and demand of not only the compounded materials themselves, but also the chemicals that make up the finished product. Century Mold is one of the largest consumers of Nylon materials in North America which assures competitive material pricing and uninterrupted supply.
