Ron Ricotta
President and CEO


Mr. Ricotta has 30 years of experience in manufacturing. He has been President and CEO of Century Mold since he and his partner acquired the business in 2002. Since then, Century Mold has tripled its sales, grown profitably and successfully navigated through the historic automotive recession of 2008/2009. Mr. Ricotta and his partner also own Parlec Inc., a proprietary tool company that has locations in the United States, Europe and China. He is a past President of this company. His previous experience includes being the President of Nationwide Precision Products, a $70 million machining company. Prior to that, Mr. Ricotta was a partner in a CPA firm and spent the majority of his CPA experience consulting manufacturing companies.

 

Terry Donovan
Chief Financial Officer


Mr. Donovan began career in public accounting in 1986 with Coopers and Lybrand in Washington, D.C. After 5 years in public accounting he joined Sentry Group, a Rochester, NY based company with international manufacturing. During his 11 year tenure Mr. Donovan held the position of Director of Finance and Treasurer. Mr. Donovan was recruited to join Adelphia Communications Corporation post bankruptcy filing with the main purpose of restating Adelphia’s financial records and establishing credibility in the company’s financial data. He was a key member of a team charged with unraveling what is reported as the most complex bankruptcy in US history. After 5 years at Adelphi, Mr. Donovan has joined Century Mold bringing his experience in public accounting, manufacturing and integrity of financial data services to the Century Mold executive management team. He is a Graduate of SUNY Oswego and a NY licensed CPA.

 

David F. Dick
Executive Vice President - Global


Mr. Dick has over 20 years of experience in the automotive and plastics industries. He is currently responsible for Mexican Operations, Sales and Business Development, and Program Management for Century Mold. Previous to Century Mold, he was V.P. of Operations and Program Management for Creative Engineered Polymer Products. Mr. Dick’s prior experience includes four years as an independent consultant working for various clients primarily doing plant design, Greenfield and Brownfield start-ups, plant relocations, management consulting and business development. Mr. Dick spent two years as General Manager for Hansen Manufacturing where he had complete responsibility for the entire business which included two manufacturing sites (Injection Molding, Metal Stamping). Prior to that, he spent twelve years at Carlisle Engineered Products in Engineering, Program Management, Operations and Special Projects. Mr. Dick holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of Akron and an MBA from Michigan State.

 

Terry Hodge
Executive Vice President


Mr. Hodge has 20 years of experience in manufacturing with Century Mold. Having worked his way to the current position of Executive V.P., Mr. Hodge has held numerous positions within Century Mold in manufacturing and purchasing. As Executive V.P. he is responsible for all 3 Century Mold U.S. manufacturing facilities as well as engineering, purchasing and tooling. Utilizing his manufacturing and purchasing experiences, Mr. Hodge leads Century Mold’s material purchasing, alternative material strategy and R&D activity.

 

Meg Collins
Vice President - Human Resources


Ms. Collins has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. She has experience working in companies such as the Marriott Hotels and Vidal Sassoon. Along with her strong employee relation skills, her background includes recruitment, benefits administration, training and organizational development, compensation and technology solutions. Prior to Century Mold, she worked for Ron Ricotta as V.P. of Human Resources at Nationwide Precision Products. She holds a Bachelor of Art degree from Lycoming College.
